Digging into Unfamiliar UX

I guess it makes sense in a purely practical way that Pinterest has a decent collection of Automotive UX articles. Every time I read one of these things I find myself filtering the main GUI through my 69 year old mother’s perspective. It’s practical- she always calls me when she gets some new tech and wants me to walk her through it. If I imagine her starting to get frustrated because she’s lost, that’s a problem. I may do a series on this. Stay tuned!
