USER TESTING PROJECT WITH DUO SECURITY
While studying research methods at the University of Michigan School of Information, I was very fortunate to be assigned to work on a project with Duo Security. Our student team conducted stakeholder, expert and user interviews, and conducted long and short-form user testing. Our methods also included personas, surveys, eye-tracking software and comprehensive data analysis.

2018 LANGUAGES IN THE LIBRARY SERIES
There's something very powerful about taking complex data and turning it into an image. In the Languages in the Library series, I took some information from a volunteer pool of librarians and library assistants and their language skills, and turned them into images that allow people to take in, at a glance, the amazing variety of languages among our staff members. I contributed the initial concept in collaboration with our data viz committee and Data Visualization Librarian Justin Jocque to make this visualization that shows the Interlibrary Loan and Document delivery exchanges for one month.
